    Were You Misdiagnosed?

    Share Your Diagnosis Story

Many brain injury survivors are misdiagnosed or told nothing is wrong despite having serious symptoms. We are collecting stories to understand how often this happens and to advocate for better diagnosis and care. If you had a CT scan or MRI that showed nothing wrong, but you were later properly diagnosed with a brain injury, we want to hear from you.

Your response helps us document the real-world gap between normal imaging and a missed traumatic brain injury. We use this information anonymously to educate providers, shape patient advocacy efforts, and push for better TBI diagnosis standards nationwide.

Not ready to share your story? Read more about why TBI misdiagnosis happens so often on our blog.

This takes about 2 minutes and helps us advocate for better TBI diagnosis standards nationwide.

How your story will be used: Responses are collected for advocacy and research purposes only. We do not publish names or identifying details without explicit permission. Your email is used solely to confirm receipt and, if needed, follow up about your submission.
